译文
动人的琴瑟声也无法牵动我的情怀，我整日里掩上云母屏风独自伤情。已经暗自怜惜蝴蝶褪粉，更不满柔弱的柳絮也飘人水中，化为浮萍。
多事的春风吹散了残留的寒冷，暖意融融令人陶醉。帘外红色的花瓣纷纷落下，还能为谁系上那护花铃呢？
注释
朝中措：又称《芙蓉曲》《梅月圆》《照红梅》等，唐郑萦《开天传信记》： “有一美措，傲脱直人。”此调有多种体格，均为双调。这首词就是其中之一体。上阕四句，下阕五句，共四十八字。上阕第一、第二、第四句，下片第三、第五句押平声韵。
蜀弦：即蜀琴，泛指蜀中所制之琴。秦柱：犹秦弦。指秦国所制琴瑟之类的乐器。柱：拨弦、架弦之码。唐唐彦谦《汉代》：“别随秦柱促，愁为蜀弦么。”关情：动情。
烘暖微酲：谓春日东风温煦，暖意融融令人陶醉。微酲（chéng）：微醉。
红雨、指花瓣纷纷落下。
花铃：即为防鸟雀而置的护花铃档。

朝中措·蜀弦秦柱不关情创作背景
这首词的写作年代已经不可考了，纳兰是在什么时间、什么地点写下了这首伤春词，还需要后人的猜测与考证。暮春之际，纳兰为了怀念亲人而写下了这首伤春词。

首句即说春日寂寂，百无聊赖，纵是有动听的乐曲也不能引起愉悦之情。“蜀弦秦柱不关情”，既然琴瑟逸韵都难以使她动情，那么就只有整日地掩上云母屏风，独自忧伤了。“尽日掩云屏”，而掩上屏风，又是因为窗外春景，不忍再睹。那外面又是什么样的景致，“已惜轻翎退粉，更嫌弱絮为萍”，蝴蝶已经褪粉，柳絮也飘落水中，这预示着春事已消歇。“已惜”说明他的惋惜怜爱之情，而“更嫌”分明是一种懊恼的情怀了。此二句景语，已蓄伤春之意。
下阕转写薄情的东风，“东风多事，余寒吹散，烘暖微醒”。表面的意思是，东风真是多事，吹散了春日余寒，送来融融的暖意，给作者陶醉的感觉。说“东风多事”，可是后两句“余寒吹散，烘暖微酲”。哪里是作怨语，分明是对春风褒奖有嘉嘛，这不是自相矛盾。
且看后面一句，“看尽一帘红雨”，李贺《将进酒》诗“桃花乱落红如雨”，史肃《杂诗》“一帘红雨枕书眠”，似为此句所本：那为何会花瓣散落如雨，满地落花狼藉？此一追问，便知当然是“东风多事”了。结合前三句，方知原来作者是怨东风带走了明媚的春光，尽管它吹散了余寒．送来了温暖，但它又摧残花落，令作者心伤。
花是春天的象征，落花飘零满地，意味这万紫干红的春天也将匆匆而去。遂有了结尾句的叹问：“为谁亲系花铃？”此处，作者反用“金铃”之典，意思是说东风刮得如此之甚，花瓣落成红雨。飘零殆尽，纵使惜花，在花枝上缀满金铃，可这又是为谁而系呢？“为谁亲系花铃”，结处此语，充满着愁绪无着，愁怀难遣的寂寞感和失落感。
整首词在写法上亦景亦情，情景相融，自然浑融，空灵蕴藉，启人远神，令人回味无穷。

纳兰性德（1655－1685），满洲人，字容若，号楞伽山人，清代最著名词人之一。其诗词“纳兰词”在清代以至整个中国词坛上都享有很高的声誉，在中国文学史上也占有光采夺目的一席。他生活于满汉融合时期，其贵族家庭兴衰具有关联于王朝国事的典型性。虽侍从帝王，却向往经历平淡。特殊的生活环境背景，加之个人的超逸才华，使其诗词创作呈现出独特的个性和鲜明的艺术风格。流传至今的《木兰花令·拟古决绝词》——“人生若只如初见，何事秋风悲画扇？等闲变却故人心，却道故人心易变。”富于意境，是其众多代表作之一。
