译文
采集药物回来，独自寻找村店买新酿造的酒。傍晚的烟霭云绕在高峻如屏障的山峰，听渔舟唱晚，声声在耳。
独酌新酿，不禁生起散发扁舟之意，不再怕连天波浪。放纵山水，这一回不受拘束。做一个闲散之人。
注释
采药：谓采集药物，亦指隐居避世。
新酿：新酿造的酒。
暮烟：亦作“墓烟”，傍晚的烟霭。
嶂：高峻如屏障的山峰。
扁舟：小船。
粘：连接。
遮回：这回，这一次。
点绛唇·采药归来创作背景
这首词作于宋孝宗淳熙年间，陆游闲居山阴时。淳熙七年（1180），江西闹水灾，陆游于常平提举任上，“奏拨义仓赈济，檄诸郡发粟以予民”（《宋史·陆游传》）。事后 ，却以“擅权”获罪，遭给事中赵汝愚借故弹劾，罢职还乡。
点绛唇·采药归来鉴赏
陆游晚年在故乡闲居，在这首词里宣称要“做个闲人”，其实，绝对的“闲人”是没有的，因为人们总要用各式各样的行为活动把自己生活的时间填满，那怕他们做的是些“闲事”。就拿这首《点绛唇》所写的内容来说，上山釆药、村店沾酒、湖滨钓鱼、水上行舟，似乎一点儿也没得“闲”。此外，做诗、填词、写文章，恐怕也被陆游列为“闲事”。其实呢，这是天大的正事。作为一名作家，他用自己的笔写下了他所处的时代，反映了当时的社会现实，留下了宝贵的文学遗产，丰厚的精神财富，如此盛事大业，岂可“闲事”视之。所谓“闲”是相对的，陆游
所说的“闲”，里面还包含着一种对照的关系，把“隐”与“仕”相对照，把山林与朝廷相对照，隐于山林便得闲，仕于朝廷则得不到闲，他的褒贬取舍更是非常明显的。
这首间一开头就提到采药，比较生新，其实，采药也是陆游闲居生活中一项活动内容。他懂得一点中医草药，有个头痛脑热的小病，自己也能处理，所以出行时总要带上一个药囊。对于自己的医道，他颇有自知之明，一抒声称自己这方面的能力很差。这些情况都是从他的诗篇中零星窥知的。他有一首《小疾治药偶书》（《剑南诗稿》卷八十），诗中把他的医术和“御戎之策”联系起来，说是“御戎虚上策，治疾阙全功”，自己治病缺乏全副的功能，就像在抵御异族入侵的问题上缺乏好办法一样。这个比喻值得玩味，可见陆游的爰国思想随时随地都可能流露出来。
“醉弄扁舟，不怕粘天浪”两句，不只是一般的叙事写景，很可能寓含着比喻象征的意见。酒醉之后，划起小船，航行在波浪滔天的湖面上，却并不感到害怕，这是因为他的船是绝对安全的。对于镜湖来说，大浪接天不是实景而是夸张，是用以比喻“宦海”的风浪险恶。以前，身在宦海之中，升降浮沉，随时有覆舟之险，如今回乡作闲人，已然脱离风险，有点任凭风浪起稳坐钓鱼船的意思。只不过这个比喻不太明晰，还不能给人以绝对的安全感，而作者的“不怕”只能是胆子大而已。

陆游（1125—1210），字务观，号放翁。汉族，越州山阴（今浙江绍兴）人，南宋著名诗人。少时受家庭爱国思想熏陶，高宗时应礼部试，为秦桧所黜。孝宗时赐进士出身。中年入蜀，投身军旅生活，官至宝章阁待制。晚年退居家乡。创作诗歌今存九千多首，内容极为丰富。著有《剑南诗稿》、《渭南文集》、《南唐书》、《老学庵笔记》等。
