译文
春风和往年一样，十分关心隋堤上的杨柳；清明时节温暖时分，它把柳枝儿揉搓成鹅儿黄的颜色。
去年春天，我与你在京城的大道上，在城门外的隋堤上，一起流连；今夜，我却只能在梦中和你化为云雨的魂魄相见。我如此的悲痛，只需要几个夜晚，就会令我的一生憔悴不堪。
注释
著意：著，显露；显著。意，情景。
隋堤柳：指隋炀帝时在运河堤岸所植的杨柳。
“搓得鹅儿黄欲就”：搓，用手掌来回揉摩，此处喻谓给柳树染色；鹅儿黄，即鹅黄色‘就，成。
紫陌：指京师郊外的路。
青门：长安城的东南门系青色，俗称青门。此指京城的城门。
雨魄云魂：比喻作者的行踪像雨中的魄、云中的魂一样飘泊无定。

元祐年间，赵令畴因元祐党籍，被废十年。词人写下此诗借景伤怀，表达了对昔日情人深深的思念之情。

清平乐·春风依旧鉴赏
上片写隋堤春柳。春风还是那么和煦，不过它对沿堤的柳树好像特别关爱。在天气清和明丽的时候，风儿轻轻地抚摩着柳枝，一直把它揉搓出千万条嫩黄的垂丝，随着春风荡涤摇曳。“春风”从横向空间扩展写春风中清和明丽的自然景物；“依旧”则从纵向时间延续包蕴自昔年至今年的同一时境、物是人非的变化，为下片的“去年”、“今宵”之顿跌做一铺垫。“搓得鹅儿黄欲就”一句，将春催杨柳生发的过程形象生动地描写出来。
下片则用语浓重，写盼归而至黄昏无望的无限感伤。作者采用对比的手法，把去年今日的柔情蜜意与今年今日的丧魂落魄放在一联之中，形成强烈而鲜明的反差，大喜大悲，给读者一种肝肠欲断的感觉。“紫陌青门”为去年今日与佳人踏游之地，而今年此日则佳人已如云雨飘逝，难睹芳容，抚今思昔。益增悲慨。末句是为人传诵的名句，作者在这里采用了夸张的手法，“如果把一个人生生置于这种折磨之中.用不了几天，他就会死掉。”极言此刻的折磨是何等难以忍受。

赵令畤（1061～1134）初字景贶，苏轼为之改字德麟，自号聊复翁。太祖次子燕王德昭﹝赵德昭﹞玄孙。元祐中签书颍州公事，时苏轼为知州，荐其才于朝。后坐元祐党籍，被废十年。绍兴初，袭封安定郡王，迁宁远军承宣使。四年卒，赠开府仪同三司。著有《侯鲭录》八卷，赵万里为辑《聊复集》词一卷。
