译文
最近“我”心情闲散，寂寞不语，于是就携带着手杖去观赏山水。
芳草萋萋，碧绿如带，榆荚成串而缀，远远看去，像串串古钱。
捕鱼的围栏插入临岸的江水中，大鸟展翅高飞，直入云烟。
“我”要像张衡那样写《归田赋》，这时田野里满树繁花，春色正浓。
注释
还郊：回到城郊住处。
嘿（mò）语：沉默。一作“嘿嘿”。
携杖：拄杖。
萦新带：形容绿草繁生，漫延郊野，一片春色。
榆（yú）：榆树。落叶乔木，叶卵形，花有短梗，翅果倒卵形，称榆荚、榆钱。
缀：连结。
古钱：古代货币，此处借指榆荚，因榆荚形似小铜钱。
鱼床：编竹木如床席大，上投饵料，沉入水中，供鱼栖息。
鸟路：鸟道，高山小径。
山烟：山中云雾。
平子：后汉张衡字平子，南阳西鄂人，曾为河间相，仕途不得志，因作《归田赋》。

春日还郊创作背景
此诗当作于王勃在虢州参军（672-674）任上，诗歌记叙了诗人春日一次外出郊游时的所见所感。

春日还郊鉴赏
此诗首尾绾合，章法整然。前六句写景，描绘了一派春日的田园景色，岩泉、绿草、榆钱，所见并未超出常人所及。后两句表现主题，从诗题的“还郊”而想到了张衡的《归田赋》，表现了作者对田园生活的不胜欣羡之情。
首联写明还郊的原因，开笔点题。嘿语，《周易·系辞》：“君子之道，或出或处，或默或语。”嘿，通“默”。岩泉，山水。这里的“兼嘿语”暗示诗人在现实生活中缺少志向道合者，希望寄情山水，在山水中得到精神安慰。
次联选择植物传神写照，富含情思。草绿萦新带，《太平御览》九九四引《三齐略记》：“不其城东有郑玄教授山，山下生草，如薤叶，长尺馀，坚韧异常，士人名作‘康成书带’。”榆青缀古钱，榆荚形状像钱而小，色白成串，俗称榆钱。这两句诗观察、描写独具悟解，景象玲珑，清新隽永。
第三联转为描写动物的活动，蕴含着旺盛的生命力。用动感极强的词“侵”、“人”来形容鱼、鸟在春天旺盛的生命力，表现万物的勃勃生机，提炼得生动准确。
第二、三联描绘出“幅百花齐放、百鸟争鸣的春光图，表现春天万物复苏、生机勃勃的景象，并且融GREn/ target=_blank class=infotextkey>情人景，情景交融，设想灵巧，表达新颖，体现出诗人高超的语言驾驭能力。

王勃（649或650～676或675年），唐代诗人。汉族，字子安。绛州龙门(今山西河津)人。王勃与杨炯、卢照邻、骆宾王齐名，世称“初唐四杰”，其中王勃是“初唐四杰”之首。唐高宗上元三年（676年）八月，自交趾探望父亲返回时，不幸渡海溺水，惊悸而死。王勃在诗歌体裁上擅长五律和五绝，代表作品有《送杜少府之任蜀州》等；主要文学成就是骈文，无论是数量还是质量，堪称一时之最，代表作品有《滕王阁序》等。
