将军的玉帐牙旗正处有利地位，国家危难的时刻应与皇帝分忧。
虽然已像窦融从关右奏上战表，还应效法陶侃率大军进驻石头。
哪能有蛟龙为失水而愁的道理，偏没有鹰隼在高爽的秋空遨游。
京城里日夜号哭不分人世阴间，宫内何时能抹干眼泪恢复自由。
注释
玉帐牙旗：指出征时主帅的营帐大旗。得上游：居于有利的军事地理形势。
安危：偏义复词，这里偏用“危”义。须：应当。主君：指皇上。
窦融：东汉初人，任梁州牧。此处指代刘从谏上疏声讨宦官。
陶侃：东晋时荆州刺史，时苏峻叛乱，陶侃被推为讨伐苏峻的盟主，后杀了苏峻。石头：石头城，即东晋都城建康（今南京）。
蛟龙：比喻掌握天下大权的天子。愁：一作“曾”，一作“长”。
鹰隼：比喻猛将名臣。与：通“举”。
幽显：指阴间的鬼神和阳间的人。
早晚：即“多早晚”，什么时候，系不定之词。星关：天门，指宫廷，即皇帝住处。雪涕：指落泪。

重有感创作背景
此诗作于开成元年（836年）。此年二、三月，昭义军节度使刘从谏两次上表，表示要“修饰封疆，训练士卒，内为陛下心腹，外为陛下藩垣。如奸臣难制，誓以死清君侧”。一时宦官气焰稍有收敛。作者有感于此事以及朝廷依然存在的严重弊端，写了这首诗。

重有感鉴赏
此诗载于《全唐诗》卷五四〇。作者在写此诗不久前已就甘露之变写过《有感二首》，所以此篇题为“重有感”。这种标题，类似无题。
首句“玉帐牙旗”，是说刘从谏握有重兵，为一方雄藩。昭义镇辖泽、潞等州，靠近京城长安，军事上据有极便利的形势，所以说“得上游”。这句重笔渲染，显示刘的实力雄厚，条件优越，完全有平定宦官之乱的条件，以逼出下句，点明正意：在国家危急存亡之秋，作为一方雄藩理应与君主共忧患。句中“须”字极见用意，强调的是义不容辞的责任。如改用“誓”字，就变成纯粹赞赏了。“须”字高屋建瓴，下面的“宜”“岂有”“更无”等才字字有根。
颔联用了两个典故。东汉初凉州牧窦融得知光武帝打算征讨西北军阀隗嚣，便整顿兵马，上疏请示出师伐嚣日期。这里用来指刘从谏上表声讨宦官。东晋陶侃任荆州刺史时，苏峻叛乱，京城建康危险。侃被讨苏诸军推为盟主，领兵直抵石头城下，斩苏峻。这里用来表达对刘从谏进军平乱的期望。一联中迭用两件性质相类的事，同指一人，本来极易流于堆垛重沓，但由于作者在运用时各有意义上的侧重（分别切上表与进军），角度又不相同（一切已然之事，一切未然之事），再加上在出句与对句中用“已”“宜”两个虚字衔连相应，这就不仅切合刘从谏虽上表声言“清君侧”，却并未付诸行动的情况，而且将作者对刘既有所赞叹、又有所不满，既有所希望、又不免有些失望的复杂感情准确而细密地表现出来。不说“将次”，而说“宜次”，正透露出作者对刘的“誓以死清君侧”的声言并不抱过于乐观的看法。“宜”字中有鼓励、有敦促，也隐含着轻微的批评和谴责。
颈联中用了两个比喻。“蛟龙愁失水”，比喻文宗受制于宦官，失去权力和自由。“鹰隼与高秋”，比喻忠于朝廷的猛将奋起反击宦官。（《左传·文公十八年》：“见无礼于其君者，诛之，如鹰隼之逐鸟雀也。”鹰隼之喻用其意。）前者，是根本不应出现的，然而却是已成的事实，所以用“岂有”表达强烈的义愤，和对这种局面的不能容忍；后者，是在“蛟龙失水”的情况下理应出现却竟未出现的局面，所以用“更无（根本没有）”表达深切的忧恨和强烈的失望。与上面的“须共”“宜次”联系起来，还不难体味出其中隐含着对徒有空言而无实际行动、能为“鹰隼”而竟未为“鹰隼”者的不满与失望。
末联紧承第六句。正因为“更无鹰隼与高秋”，眼下的京城仍然昼夜人号鬼哭，一片悲惨恐怖气氛。“早晚星关雪涕收？”两句所表达的是对国家命运忧急如焚的感情。
用“有感”作为政治抒情诗的题目，创自杜甫。李商隐这首诗，不但承继了杜甫关注国家命运的精神和以律体反映时事、抒写政治感慨的优良传统，而且在风格的沉郁顿挫、用事的严密精切乃至虚字的锤炼照应等方面，都刻意描摹杜律。诗的风格，酷似杜甫的《诸将五首》；它的立意，可能也受到“独使至尊忧社稷，诸君何以答升平”这两句诗的启发。但比起他后期学杜的律诗（如《筹笔驿》《二月二日》等），他前期的这类作品就不免显得精严厚重有余而纵横变化不够。

李商隐，字义山，号玉溪（谿）生、樊南生，唐代著名诗人，祖籍河内（今河南省焦作市）沁阳，出生于郑州荥阳。他擅长诗歌写作，骈文文学价值也很高，是晚唐最出色的诗人之一，和杜牧合称“小李杜”，与温庭筠合称为“温李”，因诗文与同时期的段成式、温庭筠风格相近，且三人都在家族里排行第十六，故并称为“三十六体”。其诗构思新奇，风格秾丽，尤其是一些爱情诗和无题诗写得缠绵悱恻，优美动人，广为传诵。但部分诗歌过于隐晦迷离，难于索解，至有“诗家总爱西昆好，独恨无人作郑笺”之说。因处于牛李党争的夹缝之中，一生很不得志。死后葬于家乡沁阳（今河南焦作市沁阳与博爱县交界之处）。作品收录为《李义山诗集》。
