译文
金风萧瑟，楚木凋零，寒气凛冽。
秋天寥廓，红谢绿潜，万物蛰藏。
胡燕也要回到南方去了，双双在屋檐下呢喃，与主人告别。
他们与主人恋恋不舍，三飞四回头，眼光里充满留恋。
难道他们不喜欢华美的屋子和精巧的珠帘？但是，终归要飞上回南方的路。
我很惭愧，我连胡燕都不如，远离妻子来秋浦已经一年多了。
多少思念，多少感叹，泪下如雨，浸湿糨糊，信不能封缄。
注释
秋浦：地名，在今安徽贵池县西。归燕：指南归的燕子。寄内：寄给妻子。内：指妻子。
霜凋：秋霜降落，使花草树木凋谢。楚关：楚地的关隘要道。安徽古为楚地，所以作者以楚关来代指秋浦。
杀气：指寒气。严：严厉，严重。
寥寥：广阔的天空。金天：秋天的别名。陈子昂诗云：“金天方肃杀，白露始专征。”廓：广大，空阔。
婉婉：柔美卷曲的样子。绿红：指枝叶繁茂碧绿，红花烂漫的草木。潜：藏，尽。
胡燕：燕子的一种，胸前白质黑章，巢悬于大屋两榱间。
相瞻：相互顾盼。
岂：难道。恋：留恋。华屋：华丽的房子，贵人的住房。
终然：到底。谢：辞谢。珠帘：珍珠缀成的或饰有珍珠的帘子。
不及：不如。
淹：耽搁，久留。
缄：封口。

秋浦感主人归燕寄内创作背景
天宝十四年（755）前后，李白辞别妻子，漫游于金陵、宣城、秋浦一带。这首诗就是在秋浦旅所所作。从诗的题目可以得知，李白旅居秋浦，看见胡燕南归，想到自己久别妻子，至今不得团聚，相思之情油然而生，于是便写下了这首寄内的诗，来表达自己无穷的思念。

秋浦感主人归燕寄内鉴赏
这首诗先从气候的变化造成一种凄苦的氛围。秋风飒飒，寒霜遍地，寥廓天宇，万物萧条，花木凋零，寒气逼人，营造出一幅么令人伤感怀人的情景。
诗人先从无生命的景物再写到有生命的胡燕，进一步造成感伤怀人的氛围。秋高气爽，春燕南归。一年一度来来去去的春燕，就要告别主人回南方去了。成双成对的春燕在檐前窃窃私语，它们飞来飞去，一次又一次地回顾原来的旧居，非常的留恋，但是它们更思念家乡，所以最后还是飞走了。这首诗写到这，将相思的情境描绘得突出而充分，把牵动相思的气氛造的浓浓的。
然后作者笔锋一转，由彼及此：春燕思家，南归去了；游子思乡，不得北返。胡燕春来秋去，尚急切欲归，游子离家已多年，还是归无时日。作者只好把自己此时此刻的心情，写成诗文，寄给远方的妻子，但谁知涕泪纵横，连书信的封口都无法封住。这里虽然略带夸张，但前后转得自然，情境与人的情感和谐一致，融为一体，给人艺术的真实感。另外以此结尾，给人留下言语表达不尽的情思、无法遏制的哀伤。

李白（701年－762年），字太白，号青莲居士，唐朝浪漫主义诗人，被后人誉为“诗仙”。祖籍陇西成纪(待考)，出生于西域碎叶城，4岁再随父迁至剑南道绵州。李白存世诗文千余篇，有《李太白集》传世。762年病逝，享年61岁。其墓在今安徽当涂，四川江油、湖北安陆有纪念馆。
