译文
长河已被春水涨满，漱漱口，再把脚手冲洗一番。
眺望远处的风景，看啊看，心中充满了喜欢。
人但求称心就好，心意满足并不困难。
喝干那一杯美酒，自得其乐，陶然复陶然。
注释
洋洋：水盛大貌。平泽：浇满水之湖泊。
漱、濯（zhuó）：洗涤。
邈（miǎo）邈：远貌。遐景：远景。
载：语词。瞩：注视。此句写诗人眺望远景，心感欣喜。
称（chèn）：相适合，符合。
挥兹一觞（shāng）：意谓举觞饮酒。挥：倾杯饮酒。

时运·其二创作背景
此诗写作时间在晋安帝元兴三年（404年）。当时陶渊明四十岁，正闲居在家乡寻阳柴桑（今江西九江）。他在三月三日出游东郊，想起曾点说过的那一番话，写下了这首纪游的《时运》诗。古代三月三有修褉的风俗，此诗中的“游暮春”、“春服既成”、“乃漱乃濯”等正与修褉事相合。

时运·其二鉴赏
写自己在水边的游赏，这情趣和《论语》中说的“浴乎沂，风乎舞雩”相似。“洋洋平泽”，是说水势浩大而湖面平坦，诗人就在这湖边洗濯着（这里“漱”也是洗涤之意）；“邈邈远景”，是说远处的景色辽阔而迷濛，它引人瞩目，令人欣喜。这四句中写动作的两句很简单，其实就是四个动词。“乃”和“载”都没有实义，主要起凑足音节、调和声调的作用。写景的两句也很虚，不能使读者切实地把握它。但实际的效果如何呢？那洋洋的水面和邈邈的远景融为一气，展示着大自然浩渺无涯、包容一切的宽广。
诗人在湖中洗濯，在水边远望，精神随着目光延展、弥漫，他似乎和自然化成了一个整体。这四句原是要传布一种完整而不可言状的感受、气氛，倘若某一处出现鲜明的线条和色块，就把一切都破坏了。后四句是由此而生的感想：凡事只求符合自己的本愿，不为世间的荣利所驱使，人生原是容易满足的。举起酒杯一饮而尽，在朦胧醉意之中，我就自得其乐。
以上是说暮春之游在自然中得到的欣喜。陶渊明热爱自然，这是人所皆知的。他病重时写给几个儿子的遗书中，还言及自己“见树木交荫，时鸟变声，亦复欢然有喜”。不过，陶渊明之热爱自然，内中还深含着一层人生哲理。在他看来，多数人由于违背了人的自然本性，追逐无止境的欲望，于是虚伪矫饰，倾轧竞争，得则喜，失则忧，人生就在这里产生了缺损和痛苦。
而大自然却是无意识地循着自身的规律运转变化，没有欲望，没有目的，因而自然是充实自由的，无缺损的。人倘能使自己化同于自然，就能克服痛苦，使人生得到最高的实现。
至于陶渊明“欣慨交心”，并有一种感伤的缘由是他终究不能完全脱离社会而完全面对着自然生活——即使是做了隐士。当时动荡不宁、恶浊昏暗的社会现实，与陶渊明笔下温和平静的自然，恰成为反面的对照。它不能不在诗人的心中投下浓重的阴影。三四两章伤今怀古的感叹，正是以此为背景的。

陶渊明（约365年—427年），字元亮，（又一说名潜，字渊明）号五柳先生，私谥“靖节”，东晋末期南朝宋初期诗人、文学家、辞赋家、散文家。汉族，东晋浔阳柴桑人（今江西九江）。曾做过几年小官，后辞官回家，从此隐居，田园生活是陶渊明诗的主要题材，相关作品有《饮酒》、《归园田居》、《桃花源记》、《五柳先生传》、《归去来兮辞》等。
