张景脩，字敏叔，常州（今属江苏）人。英宗治平四年（一○六七）进士。神宗元丰末知饶州浮梁县（《石林诗话》卷中）。后两为宪漕，五典郡符，历仕神宗、哲宗、徽宗三朝，官终祠部郎中，年七十馀卒。有《张祠部集》，已佚。事见《中吴纪闻》卷三。今录诗二十七首。
