张励，字深道，长乐（今属福建）人（《吴礼部诗话》）。神宗熙宁六年（一○七三）进士。哲宗绍圣间历淮南、两浙转运副使（《摛文堂集》卷四《朝散郎淮南运副张励可两浙运副制》）。徽宗崇宁中以集贤殿修撰知洪州（清乾隆《南昌府志》卷二一）。政和元年（一一一一），知福州（《宋会要辑稿》选举三三之二六）。三年，移知广州、建州。有诗二十卷（《宋史·艺文志》），已佚。事见《淳熙三山志》卷二二、二六。
