赵崇洁（一二○七～一二五九），字以清，一字敏则，缙云（今属浙江）人。理宗端平二年（一二三五）进士。累官给事中，以劾宦官卢必升知名。除福建安抚使，官至太常卿。事见清康熙《缙云县志》卷四、五，民国《五云赵氏总祠志》卷一。今录诗二首。
