赵良坦，字平甫，号平心，上虞（今浙江上虞东南）人。理宗宝祐元年（一二五三）进士。知永嘉、瑞安、福清县。二王走闽，以军器监簿赞军事。与元兵作战被俘，系狱二年，不屈殉难。事见清光绪《上虞县志校续》卷四。今录诗三首。
