赵旸，字乂若。蕃祖父。其先本杭人，徙郑州及汴。哲宗绍圣元年（一○九四）进士。钦宗靖康初为左正言（《瀛奎律髓》卷二○）。高宗建炎初，以秘书少监出提点坑冶，寓信州玉山。累官朝散大夫直龙图阁。事见《漫塘集》卷三二、《宋史》卷四四五《赵蕃传》。今录诗二首。
