（1019—1090）凤翔盩厔人，字大观。仁宗庆历六年进士，授孟州司户参军。历知万泉、夏县、永昌，皆有善政。英宗时，以侍御史出通判汾州。神宗熙宁三年为开封府判官，言青苗法不便。出为陕西、永兴军路转运使，知同、陕州。哲宗时累官同知枢密院事。卒谥懿简。有《春秋论》、《唐春秋》、《西山别录》、《史记牾论》等。
