罗耕，字存甫（一作存叟），号印山，吉水（今属江西）人。士友子。理宗开庆元年（一二五九）进士（清光绪《吉水县志》卷二八）。调清江县主簿，再调赣州濂溪书院山长（《文山集》卷一六《罗融斋墓志铭》）。清同治《清江县志》卷五有传。
