（1119—1193）漳州龙溪人，字几圣。高宗绍兴十二年进士。历知莆田、福清县。累迁监察御史，遇事尽言，无所阿挠。孝宗淳熙十年任国子祭酒，请讲明理学，使士知廉耻。历除礼部侍郎、吏部尚书兼侍讲。以龙图阁直学士两知泉州，专以恤民为政，始至即蠲舶货，商贾尤服其清。卒谥定肃。
