李宗勉（？—1241年），字强父，富阳古城（今常安乡）人。南宋开禧元年（1205年）进士。任黄州（今属湖北）教授。嘉定十四年（1221年）主管吏部架阁，改任太学正。十六年迁国子博士。宝庆初，通判嘉兴府。绍定元年（1228年）迁著作郎；二年，兼权兵部郎官。宝祐元年（1241）卒。
