刘岑（一○八七～一一六七），字季高，号杼山居士，吴兴（今浙江湖州）人，迁居溧阳（今属江苏）。高宗建炎元年（一一二七），直秘阁，知郑州。绍兴四年（一一三四），知太平州，历知池州、镇江府、潭州、信州，以其历守三郡妄费官帑，落职，提举江州太平观，十一年，责授单州团练副使，全州安置。三十一年，召赴行在，试户部侍郎。金人入和州，兼御营随军都转运使，沿江措置，旋复奉祠。三十二年，以言者论其前罪落职。孝宗乾道三年卒，年八十一。《景定建康志》卷四九、《至正金陵新志》卷一三下有传。今录诗二首。
