陈尧咨（970—1034），宋代官员、书法家。字嘉谟，北宋阆州阆中人。陈省华第三子，陈尧叟、陈尧佐弟。真宗咸平三年进士第一，状元。历官右正言、知制诰、起居舍人、以龙图阁直学士知永兴军、陕西缘边安抚使、以尚书工部侍郎权知开封府、翰林学士、武信军节度使、知天雄军，卒谥康肃，所以又叫陈康肃公。
