宋思达，光宗绍熙二年（一一九一）为大理评事（《宋会要辑稿》选举二一之五）。宁宗庆元六年（一二○○），知汀洲（明嘉靖《汀州府志》卷一一）。嘉泰二年（一二○二）由刑部郎官放罢（《宋会要辑稿》职官七三之三二）。今录诗三首。
