东方牵牛西织女，饮犊弄机隔河渚。
西风忽起怨夜长，相望盈盈不得语。
走投上帝贷金钱，五云飞来结香軿。
曳裾指露天榆冷。照影回身桂叶偏。
银潢七月秋浪高，黄昏欲渡未成桥。
却向人间借乌鹊，衔石欲半河已落。
碧雾为帐霞为裳，绛节欲尽两旂张。
灿然一星中耀芒，前瞻汉曲喜色长。

天上还应分凤轸，人间又喜见蛛丝。

宋京兆府长安人，字履中，世称潏水先生。神宗元丰二年进士。尝师张载。喜言兵事，于书无所不读，工诗文。累官中大夫、集贤殿修撰。徽宗崇宁中，为熙河转运使，以议边事不合罢。金兵入关中，起知秦州，空城无兵，遂遇害。有《潏水集》。
