韩绛（1012～1088），字子华，开封雍丘（今河南杞县）人，韩亿第三子。生于宋真宗大中祥符五年（1012），卒于哲宗元祐三年（1088）。宋仁宗(1023-1063)庆历二年(1042年)高中进士甲科第三名探花（榜眼是王珪，第四名是王安石），除太子中允、通判陈州。哲宗即位，改镇江军节度使，开府仪同三司，封康国公。元祐二年（1087），以司空、检校太尉致仕。三年卒，年七十七。谥“献肃”。
