（955—994）宋开封浚仪人，字咸熙，一字厚之。以荫补右班殿直，累迁供奉官、阁门祗候。太宗雍熙初，提举西川兵马捕盗事。四年，加崇仪副使。端拱二年，擢引进副使、知天雄军。入同勾当三班，出知秦州兼沿边都巡检使。前此巡边者多领都府兵骑以威戎人，所至颇烦苦之，载至悉减去，戎人感悦。淳化五年改知成都，随招安使王继恩镇压李顺起义。寻卒。
