（1042—1102）宋兴化军仙游人，字元通。从孙觉、陈襄学。英宗治平四年进士。因曾布荐，迁太常博士。徽宗即位，擢监察御史，累拜中书舍人。时曾布当国，自以有汲引恩，冀为所用，而楫略无倾下，凡事有不当者，悉极论之。每以遵祖宗法度、安静自然言于徽宗。后见时事浸异，上疏乞去，以龙图阁待制知亳州。
