姚望之（？～一二三四），字肖吕，宁德（今属福建）人。理宗宝庆二年（一二二六）武举进士。端平元年（一二三四）赵葵恢复三京，辟为幕属，师败殁于军。事见《宋史》卷四一七《赵葵传》、明嘉靖《宁德县志》卷三。今录诗二首。
