（1183—1240）潼川人，字季永，一字季允。吴泳弟。与兄得程颐、张载、朱熹诸书，研读不倦，后师事黄干。宁宗嘉定七年进士。调眉州教授，揭《白鹿洞学规》以教。累拜监察御史，弹劾无所避。出为大理少卿，以故工部侍郎出参赞四川宣抚司军事，改嘉兴府，历赣、婺州，以宝章阁待制致仕。卒谥忠肃。有《储鉴》、《蜀鉴》等。
