沈长卿（？～一一六○），字文伯，号审斋居士，归安（今浙江湖州）人。高宗建炎二年（一一二八）进士（《吴兴志》卷八○）。历临安府观察推官，婺州教授。绍兴十八年（一一四八）通判常州，改严州。二十五年因讪谤勒停除名，化州编管。三十年卒（《建炎以来系年要录》卷九一、一六八、一八四）。今录诗三首。
