李廷忠，（1154-1218）字居厚，号橘山，于潜人，为唐汝阳王李琎之后。淳熙八年（公元一一八一年）进士。历无为教官，旌德知县。终于夔（kui）州（治在今重庆市奉节）安抚、朝散郎直秘阁。子二：时免、时英。廷忠著有《洞霄诗集》，今不传；又有《橘山四六集》二十卷，《四库总目》及乐府一卷，行于世。
