释本真，一作本正，号月湖半颠，四明（今浙江宁波）人。理宗绍定四年（一二三一），以诗受知平江府吴渊之邀住虎丘寺，后住感山寺。姚勉曾和其《江南麦》诗。事见《雪坡集》卷一二《寄感山二诗僧》、《山房随笔》。今录诗二首。
