王蛰堪，名景泉，字季洲，号蛰堪，1949年生于天津，原籍河北霸州。早年从寇梦碧先生习诗古文辞，词宗南宋。现任职于天津市民俗博物馆。有《半梦庐词》（已刊行）、《半梦庐诗存》、《半梦庐词话》。
