（1536—1588）明苏州府太仓人，字敬美，号麟洲。王世贞弟。嘉靖三十八年进士，以父丧归乡，久之除南仪制主事，出为江西参议，陕西、福建提学副使，擢南京太常少卿。好学善诗文，名亚其兄，人称小美。有《王奉常集》、《艺圃撷馀》、《窥天外乘》、《闽部疏》、《三郡图说》等。
