钟渤（一四五七 — 一五二八年），字元溥，号东冈。东莞人。明孝宗弘治六年（一四九三年）进士，任官吏部。八年，调刑科给事中，巡京仓，劾太监不法罪状。又奉命查山西库银盗失案，得其实情，时称神明。历官吏科右给事中、兵科左给事中、兵科都给事中。服父丧告归。武宗正德二年（一五〇七），补工科都给事中。被太监刘瑾忌恨构陷，四年，出为浙江参议。值旱灾，发仓赈饥，民受其惠。瑾诛，升云南左参政。以鲠直不容于权势，遂辞归。世宗嘉靖二年（一五二三），晋大中大夫。卒于家。著有《东冈集》。
