邹鎏，字石可。海阳（今潮州）人。明思宗崇祯四年（一六三一）进士。授户部主事，榷河西务兼管漕运，夙弊釐清。转本部员外郎，升四川司郎中。出知襄阳府，时张献忠据谷城，襄阳几陷，鎏练兵筹饷，出奇制胜，越四月而城得全。以荐署郧襄监军副使，官至太仆寺卿，以母老乞归。清乾隆修《潮州府志》卷一八有传。
