吾闻上古上寿万八千，中古一百六十年。而今上寿称百岁，万一有之号人瑞。
宇宙之气将无同，今何为啬古何丰。始知元气在燮理，匪但气数而已矣。
又闻上古至仁皇，可使世为仁寿乡。高明博厚乃悠久，悠久可以配无疆。
民物以之不夭折，二仪五气延三光。自馀一国及一家，积仁气象何其赊。
敛时五福保寿康，神理不亏无沴邪。崇德德茂有周公，孝仁不愧古人风。
有兄罹寇身急难，割股吁天天亦从。和药一歃母病起，感应之速如神功。
始信古传仁者寿，一旦三回介春酒。三万六千九十日，花娆劝酒鸟音奏。
人言寿域在此门，三代四代斑衣舞。贤孙肯构堂崔嵬，前人肯构后孝思。
曾孙黄门我贤友，大公之世非天遗。安得四方此寿域，民物长养同熙熙，顿令此世还黄羲。

（1466—1560）广东增城人，字元明，号甘泉。少师事陈献章。弘治十八年进士，授编修。历南京国子监祭酒，南京吏、礼，兵三部尚书。在翰林院时与王守仁同时讲学，主张“随处体认天理”，“知行并进”，反对“知先行后”，与阳明之说有所不同。后筑西樵讲舍讲学，学者称甘泉先生。卒谥文简。著有《心性图说》、《格物通》、《甘泉集》等。
