（1508—1576）四川内江人，字孟静，号大洲。以博洽闻，最善王守仁学。文章雄快。嘉靖十四年进士。授编修。迁国子司业。俺答薄京城，大言不可订城下之盟，当宣谕诸将，监督力战。贞吉合帝旨，立擢左谕德，监察御史，奉旨宣谕诸军。为严嵩所中伤，廷杖谪官。后累迁至户部侍郎，复忤嵩夺职。隆庆初起官，历礼部尚书，文渊阁大学士。颇思改弦易辙，而与高拱不协，遂乞休归。卒谥文肃。有《文肃集》。
