（1457—1513）明扬州府泰州人，字静夫，号柴墟。成化二十年进士。授南京吏部考功主事，改郎中。历太仆卿、左佥都御史、户部侍郎，所至宿弊尽革。愤刘瑾所为，引疾求去，后起为吏部左侍郎，卒于官。博通古今，工诗文，淳行清修，好推引知名士。嘉靖初赐谥文懿。有《柴墟集》。
