长鸣飘然向空去，狂魑笑破呼鹰台。
不堪一辱还再辱，三断金鞭仰天哭。
江花片片自飞来，江鸟不飞皆掩目。
忽闻群鸦绕相轮，如泣如吊声狺狺。
老狐失惊小狐哭，迷离欲窜无荒榛。
未解天公意何者，万人欲去仍旋马。
东方一道如飞龙，无数奇毛蔽天下。
横排鹅鹳吹觱栗，杀声欲震长平瓦。
健翮当前索狐战，群握飞沙争扑面。
风尘入眼青天昏，霹雳一声沧海变。
自余小怪无烦诛，攒头乱啄充朝袴。
但闻腥风万缕污，遗肠尽足餐饥乌。
心感主人再三呼，激烈绸缪当报珠。
吾观此鹞智勇俱，不数博浪沙中锤，似曾亲受黄公符。
吁嗟鸟中之丈夫，鸟有丈夫人则无！

（1531—1615）浙江鄞县人，字肩吾，号龙江。隆庆二年进士。在史馆不肯依附张居正，志节耿介，闻于中朝。万历二十二年，由南京礼部尚书入为东阁大学士，预机务。后首辅赵志皋卒，遂为首辅。于立太子、谏矿税使等，均洽舆情。后对楚宗(武昌宗室抢劫楚王府)、妖书、京察三事，所持态度颇违清议。又与同僚沈鲤不和，欲挤之使去。三十四年，竟与鲤同罢。凡辅政十三年，当国四年，累加至建极殿大学士。卒谥文恭。擅词章，有《敬亭草》、《吴越游稿》等。
