饶相（一五一二 — 一五九一），字志尹，号三溪。大埔人。明世宗嘉靖十四年（一五三五）进士，授中书舍人。晋户部员外郎，监山东、河南漕运。二十二年，以诖误谪无为州判官，署州事。二十四年调任兖州判官，迁淮阳郡丞。二十八年，擢南昌知府。三十二年，升饶州兵备、江西按察副使。寻乞归养，家居三十馀年，卒。著有《三溪先生文集》。清康熙《潮州府志》卷九上、清乾隆修《潮州府志》卷二八有传。
