元史》吕留良（1629—1683），明末清初杰出的学者、思想家、诗人和时文评论家、出版家。又名光轮，一作光纶，字庄生，一字用晦，号晚村，别号耻翁、南阳布衣、吕医山人等，暮年为僧，名耐可，字不昧，号何求老人。浙江崇德县（今浙江省桐乡市崇福镇）人。顺治十年应试为诸生，后隐居不出。康熙间拒应满清的鸿博之征，后削发为僧。死后，雍正十年被剖棺戮尸，子孙及门人等或戮尸，或斩首，或流徙为奴，罹难之酷烈，为清代文字狱之首。吕留良著述多毁，现存《吕晚村先生文集》、《东庄诗存》。
