王蓝石（1854～？），清台南人。光绪八年(1882)举人。曾任彰化县学教谕，兼摄台湾县学教谕。日本治台后，于明治卅三年(1900)任台南市第一区街长，在职三年。后设帐讲经，及门多秀士。家居喜扶鸾，亲录神仙降乩事以劝善。后因西来庵事件受牵连，竟成冤狱。 以下诗作据吴德功《瑞桃斋诗话》、儿玉源太郎《庆飨老典录》、曾笑云《东宁击钵吟前集》、赖子清《台湾诗醇》等辑录。
