（?—1009）宋华州郑人，字太简。太宗太平兴国三年进士。累擢著作佐郎，直史馆。端拱初拜右谏议大夫，知河阳、濠州，冲淡自处，不奔竞于名宦，为太宗所嘉重。召为翰林学士，累迁工部侍郎，历知均、金、滁州，虽不优于吏事，尚能以清介自持。
