（1565—1635）浙江嘉兴人，字君实，号竹懒，又号九疑。万历二十年进士，除九江推官，授西华知县。崇祯元年升太仆少卿。和易安雅，恬于仕进。能书画，善鉴赏，世称博物君子，亚于王维俭、董其昌，而微兼二公之长。评画之作，文字绝佳。诗亦纤艳可喜。有《官制备考》、《姓氏谱纂》、《李丛谈》、《书画想象录》、《紫桃轩杂录》、《六研斋笔记》等。
