（1004—1083）宋洛阳人，字彦国。仁宗天圣八年举茂才异等。庆历二年为知制诰，使契丹，力拒其割地之挟索，然许增岁币。三年，迁枢密使，与范仲淹等推行“庆历新政”。至和二年，拜中书门下平章事，务守成，号贤相。神宗问边事，曰“愿二十年口不言兵”。次年拜相。与王安石政见不合，出判亳州，复以抵制青苗法被劾降官。以韩国公致仕。卒谥文忠。有《富郑公诗集》。
