殷文圭，字表儒，小字桂郎，池州青阳人。生卒年均不详，约唐昭宗天佑初年前后在世（904年）。初居九华，刻苦于学，所用墨砚，底为之穿。唐末，词场请托公行，仅文圭与游恭独步场屋。乾宁五年，（公元八九八年）及第，为裴枢宣谕判官记室参军。朱全忠、钱铰交辟均不就。田頵置田宅迎其母，以甥事之，待文圭以上客礼，故颇为尽力。頵败，事杨行密，终左千牛卫将军。文圭作诗甚多，有登龙集、冥搜集、笔耕词、水缕录、从军藁等集，《新唐书志》仅录诗集一卷。此从《唐才子传》传于世。
