梅妃（公元710年－公元756年），姓江名采萍，在今莆田亦称江东妃（兴化平话字：Gang-dang-hi）唐玄宗早期宠妃。多才多艺的江采萍，不仅长于诗文，还通乐器，善歌舞，而且娇俏美丽，气质不凡，是个才貌双全的奇女子。作有《谢赐珍珠》和《楼东赋》等著名诗赋。
