一夜东风，枕边吹散愁多少。数声啼鸟。梦转纱窗晓。

曾允元字舜卿，号鸥江，元江西太和人，生平不详。曾允元，宋代词人，名作《水龙吟》流传很广；《词综》卷二八谓其字舜卿，疑将曾揆之字误作允元之字。《元草堂诗馀》卷中入选其词4首，《全宋词》据以录入。
