宋代：王观
人生百岁，七十稀少。更除十年孩童小。又十年昏老。都来五十载，一半被、睡魔分了。那二十五载之中，宁无些个烦恼。
译文：人生百年，能够活到七十者少有。十年孩童期、十年昏老期，那中间的五十年又被睡眠（应包含病闲）占去了一半。在清醒着的二十五年中又有诸多烦恼。
注释：玉山摧倒：形容喝醉了酒摇摇欲倒。
仔细思量，好追欢及早。遇酒追朋笑傲。任玉山摧倒。沈醉且沈醉，人生似、露垂芳草。幸新来、有酒如渑，结千秋歌笑。
译文：仔细想想人生确实时光无多，应该要追欢及早，及时行乐。平日与志气相投的好友们聚在一起饮酒，意气风发，不去计较喝醉了以后的事情。沉醉了就沉醉了吧，人生就好似那芳草上低垂的露珠一样生命短暂。幸亏近来，有像渑河一样无尽的美酒，能够让我度过时光像吟歌千秋一样惬意。
注释：有酒如渑：意思是有酒如渑水长流，有肉如堆成的小山冈。

王观(1035--1100)，字通叟，生于如皋(今江苏如皋)，北宋著名词人。 王安石为开封府试官时，他得中科举及第。宋仁宗嘉佑二年(1057年)，考中进士。 其后，历任大理寺丞、江都知县等职，在任时作《扬州赋》，宋神宗阅后大喜，大加褒赏；又撰《扬州芍药谱》一卷，遂被重用为翰林学士净土。
