译文
难得等到七夕她已驾着七香车。刚刚两心相会又忧无情的晓霞。
清风夜静，唯有玉佩的响声，日光微弱点吧，不要晒枯了艳丽的鲜花。
月中的嫩桂，它把馨香传得更远更远。星间的高榆给人间送来舒适的影斜。
她不想人间知道他们相会的事，因妒成都卜肆中有人能识别灵筏。
注释
壬申：大中六年，时商隐在梓州柳仲郢幕。
七夕：七夕始于汉朝，是流行于中国及汉字文化圈诸国的传统文化节日。
七香车：用多种香料涂饰的车。《太平御览·魏武帝与杨彪书》：“今赐足下画轮四望通幢七香车二乘。”
日薄：（七日）将晚时·日光渐淡。
嫣（yān）：同蔫，蔫萎不鲜活。
桂嫩：指初七夜新月半圆。
榆：白榆。星名。《乐府诗集·陇西行》：“天上何所有，历历种白榆。
卜肆（sì）：占卜的摊子。
槎（chá）：木筏。

壬申七夕创作背景
这首诗是大中六年（852）七夕作的，是诗人托杜惊转致令狐的失望之作。

壬申七夕鉴赏
前六句讲的是牛郎织女相会的情景。一二句讲的是织女已驾车渡河，与牛郎相会，他们相会之后，害怕此夜良时将逝，所以“起视夜何其”，直到太阳从东方升起。三四句讲的是牛女相会时，牛郎好像听到了织女环佩的声音，又好像看见了她如花之貌，风轻轻的吹来，所以佩响轻微。日薄，所以花容不萎。想象织女于黄昏时动身离开，故曰“日薄”。五六句讲的是月桂为他们传送嫩香，白榆为他们投影翳蔽，成就他们好合。
末联讲的是织女不想要人间知道他们相会的事情，忌有成都卜肆中识灵槎的人。抒发了自己深切的感叹。末句讲的是双星不想人间知道他们的秘密，深怪成都占卜摊子上的严老头子懂得灵槎而多管闲事。从字面上看，只能作如上解说；至于还有什么特定的寓意，尚无有力证据，不敢妄言。
全诗诗人以织女自况，以牵牛比牛党，令狐绚。

李商隐，字义山，号玉溪（谿）生、樊南生，唐代著名诗人，祖籍河内（今河南省焦作市）沁阳，出生于郑州荥阳。他擅长诗歌写作，骈文文学价值也很高，是晚唐最出色的诗人之一，和杜牧合称“小李杜”，与温庭筠合称为“温李”，因诗文与同时期的段成式、温庭筠风格相近，且三人都在家族里排行第十六，故并称为“三十六体”。其诗构思新奇，风格秾丽，尤其是一些爱情诗和无题诗写得缠绵悱恻，优美动人，广为传诵。但部分诗歌过于隐晦迷离，难于索解，至有“诗家总爱西昆好，独恨无人作郑笺”之说。因处于牛李党争的夹缝之中，一生很不得志。死后葬于家乡沁阳（今河南焦作市沁阳与博爱县交界之处）。作品收录为《李义山诗集》。
