《东湖新竹》鉴赏
原文
插棘编篱谨护持，养成寒碧映涟漪。
清风掠地秋先到，赤日行天午不知。
解箨时闻声簌簌，放梢初见叶离离。
官闲我欲频来此，枕簟仍教到处随。
赏析
诗的形象性很重要，咏物诗更是如此。一株树，一竿竹，一朵花，看起来是静止的东西，比较平常，但有才华的诗人，通过艺术的语言，从各个侧面，以恰当的描画把它形象地表达出来，就会把景物写活，从而“静止”的东西也会变得栩栩如生。陆游这首咏竹诗，正是以“多侧面”的形象性描写，赋予“东湖新竹”以生命。诗的开头一句，写出种竹时的情景，接下来一连五句，都是从不同角度，对新竹进行形象化的描绘。第二句“寒碧映涟漪”，通过水来反映它的疏影。这里竹的“寒碧”和水的“涟漪”，互相呼应，都有“冷”、“凉”的含意。第三句“清风掠地秋先到”，通过“风”来反映竹梢的敏感和迎风摇曳的情景，“秋先到”三字，十分准确，生动，把“新竹”纤枝因风而动的特点，形象地烘托出来。第四句“赤日行天午不知”，通过“光”来反映它的绿荫萋萋、一片苍翠的景象。五六两句中“声簌簌”、“叶离离”，用动静结合的手法，形象逼真地描画出新竹成长过程中的特点，读后使人如见如闻。最后两句抒情，写作者对竹林的爱慕和想望，希望“官闲”是经常到此“枕簟”。而这竹篾制成的“簟”，又呼应试题的“竹”字。这首诗由于在形象性方面着意求工，诗意也就更加清新传神了。

陆游（1125—1210），字务观，号放翁。汉族，越州山阴（今浙江绍兴）人，南宋著名诗人。少时受家庭爱国思想熏陶，高宗时应礼部试，为秦桧所黜。孝宗时赐进士出身。中年入蜀，投身军旅生活，官至宝章阁待制。晚年退居家乡。创作诗歌今存九千多首，内容极为丰富。著有《剑南诗稿》、《渭南文集》、《南唐书》、《老学庵笔记》等。
