维此江壖，控扼之所。
居安思危，可无备御。
维彼强狡，巧於乘隙。
萌蘖弗除，其欲罔极。
孰堪制之，维汝弓兵。
猛虎在山，百兽震惊。
勇无坚敌，谋无遗虑。
如彼猎师，靡逸狐兔。
亦如农夫，稂莠是芟。
寇盗斯戢，善良斯安。
吾民膏备，为汝衣食。
可不念此，为民除慝。
国用方窘，于汝常给。
可不念此，竭诚报国。
无或徇私，贪求肆虐。
无或荒嬉，酣饱蒱博。
强汝志气，精汝武艺。
习汝行陈，照汝果毅。
我闻在昔，元勋茂烈。
发迹弧矢，登寺授钺。
反观此身，均一丈夫。
彼既能然，我岂不如。

（1144—1224）庆元府鄞县人，字和叔，号絜斋。师事陆九渊。孝宗淳熙八年进士。调江阴尉。浙西大饥，前往赈恤有方。宁宗即位，为太学正。庆元党禁起，以论去。召为都官郎官，迁司封郎官、国子祭酒。后为礼部侍郎。与丞相史弥远争议和事，被劾罢。起知温州，进直学士。卒谥正献。有《絜斋集》、《絜斋家塾书钞》等。
