天道不可知，为善安所望。呜呼外叔舅，典型今则亡。
惟公诵清芬，家学传青箱。幼志殊群儿，幼学以病荒。
洎乎弱冠时，沈思渺难量。穷经无岁月，所得务精详。
锐能穿匕劄，微可穷毫芒。授徒苦昼短，篝灯幸夜长。
鸡鸣读未已，偃息敢在床。精神耗盛年，喀血不自伤。
神耗志益奋，身孱心弥强。吐辞摅蕴蓄，沈郁声琅琅。
维昔辛丑年，文战谁雁行。特冠邑多士，材大期栋梁。
癸卯膺鹗荐，铩羽未翱翔。庙堂储硕士，华国须文章。
天如假公年，世岂弃圭璋。辛丑桂与公，驽骥同腾骧。
蒹葭倚玉树，窃幸有辉光。追随十载中，有游必同航。
所恨居处暂，萍踪同他乡。归来无他往，聚首时一堂。
披豁遗俗物，儒修蕲颉颃。方期百载内，长此奉瓣香。
藉公策我惰，庶几道可臧。讵知旧疾作，才偏与命妨。
栖迟尚客路，二竖缠膏肓。赖得贤主人，高义郁中藏。
不赀费不惜，但惜愿未偿。他乡我始归，闻命趋公旁。
未及接晤晤，泪落已浪浪。况闻沈痛言，令我割愁肠。
佳儿学未成，寿母哀难忘。目视不受含，吁嗟乎彼苍。
平生历苦辛，所志唯显扬。自矢力虽惫，不得怯文场。
双眼辣姜桂，孤骨淩风霜。性含满腔血，固存未许彰。
接物多道气，智圆行则方。犹忆五月时，言志欣共商。
叹我不谐俗，笑谓兼狷狂。谬许虽滋愧，谈心实非常。
诚服夙师事，师资今茫茫。寒日风萧萧，送公归北邙。
益觉此生浮，世事付徜徉。永念公所命，寸心自可将。
仁人必有后，积善无馀殃。诺公我何恃，恃公可致祥。
陈箧发手泽，笔墨流馀芳。神留公自在，卓哉文已昌。
